“A St. Louis suburb has passed two more ordinances aimed at keeping illegal immigrants out of the community.

Valley Park aldermen passed measures Monday to punish landlords and businesses that rent housing to or hire illegal immigrants. One requires landlords applying for occupancy permits to provide, among other things, the tenants countries of citizenship and relationship with other tenants.”
