“A Nevada state legislator on Saturday delivered the national Democratic Hispanic radio address, telling Spanish-speaking voters they stand to play a major role in the 2008 presidential elections.

Freshman Assemblyman Ruben Kihuen, D-Las Vegas, was chosen to deliver the weekly speech by national party leaders gathered in Washington this weekend for the Democratic National Committee meeting.”
