“Moving Forward Together will be this years theme for the 18th annual Latino Leadership Award Ceremony on Feb. 24 at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center.

The awards are given by El Concilio del Condado de Ventura, a nonprofit organization that provides numerous services to the countys Latino community.”
