“The family of a 23-year-old man who was shot after a party in the North Natomas neighborhood say he was killed because one of his friends was speaking Spanish.
Police believe the killing was gang-related and have arrested two 20-year-old men, although they would not discuss the motive. The victim, Alejandro Villalobos, was not in a gang, according to police.”
