“The Iris Clinic, a bilingual mental health clinic that will provide low-cost care and train future doctors, has opened at Pacific Universitys new Hillsboro campus.
An open house will welcome the public to the site at 222 S.E. Eighth Ave. at noon Feb. 7. A welcome ceremony with remarks by Pacific officials, refreshments and music is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The clinic will offer treatment in English and Spanish for a wide range of mental and emotional issues such as anxiety, uncontrollable anger, depression, trauma, grief, along with relationship, self-esteem and parent-child problems.”
