“A Fort Myers man has been charged with committing hate crimes against two Hispanic men.

Roger Joseph Ruel, 25, of 6336 Royal Woods Drive, is charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a hate crime enhancement, according to Lee County sheriff’s reports.”
