“Happy was in Seguin to make everyone at the Seguin Guadalupe County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s 18th Annual Awards Banquet a happier person before they pulled out the stops for a Mardi Gras-themed casino night and raffle of various prizes donated by local businesses.

Happy told more than a few jokes that crossed the ethnic barrier, but he had everyone in stitches by the time he converted the song, “Mrs. Jones” to “Mrs. Garcí … we meet every day, at the taquerí.””
