“An agency known for providing suburban Hispanics with a wide range of services was stripped Wednesday of a state-funded contract for job placements.

La Casa de Esperanza, based in since the 1960s, came under criticism for its performance on a contract with the Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington Workforce Development Board.”
