“A local adult education and outreach program for area residents has a new home and more room to grow.

“We are very delighted to be in this new building,” said Mirtha Jones, coordinator of Hispanic outreach for Chattanooga State Technical Community College and the director of Plaza Comunitaria. “We are looking forward to expanding our services and hours.”"
