“When 13 leaders of Madison’s Latino community endorsed Mayor Dave Cieslewicz’s bid for re-election this week, they helped his campaign but also stirred up controversy within the local Latino community.

After Peter Munoz, himself a Latino leader, unexpectedly entered the race for mayor Dec. 26, comments began to swirl around on Madison LUChA’s e-mail network about the planned endorsement of Cieslewicz.”
