“A group of business leaders and political officials in Santa Ana are planning to start a new bank that caters to Hispanic small-business owners in and near the city’s downtown.
The group – which includes Councilman Carlos Bustamante, Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce President Michael Metzler and city commissioners – has received state and federal approvals to start the Santa Ana Business Bank, which is due to open later this year.”
