Mexico’s Banorte closes its acquisition of U.S. remittance company UniTeller

In a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange, Banorte said it acquired 100 percent of UniTellers shares for US$19 million euro14.7 million. UniTeller, with operations in 41 U.S. states, will help Banorte take a bigger share of the remittance market.”
