“Smart Online Inc. OTCBB: SOLN, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service SaaS for the small business market, today announced a partnership with Segurex, S.A., a firm that provides IT services to financial service companies in Caribbean countries. Smart Online and Segurex are partnering to offer a Spanish version of Smart Online’s applications to financial service companies, which will be offered as a private labeled site to their small business customers.
“We are pleased with the opportunity to establish working relationships with financial institutions in Spanish-speaking Caribbean countries. The growing small business market is requesting solutions to help them start and manage their companies more efficiently.” said Michael Nouri, president & CEO, Smart Online, Inc. “Financial institutions realize this need and are looking for a private label solution to offer to their customers. We believe the Smart Online applications meet these needs.”
“Many small businesses face a lack of management control over operations and profitability because of manual and isolated procedures to track their day to day operations while others have many different software programs not integrated with each other that are complicated to use. Existing client-server enterprise applications are expensive to implement, run and maintain. Smart Online’s platform offers integrated applications for small business as a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution to empower the user with the functionality needed to be more productive. Small business owners are looking for a comprehensive solution that is integrated and bundled with their financial service products. I am pleased to be working with Smart Online to offer a complete private label platform with small business applications developed by Smart Online,” said César Gil Hued, president, Segurex.”
