The Hispanic Resource Center of the Tulsa City-County Library System heads up the project in cooperation with the University of Tulsa, the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, Tulsa Community College, The Oklahoma Humanities Council and the Oklahoma Centennial Commission. “
