Q&A with Herman Badillo, author of “One Nation, One Standard” – Dallas Morning News

I dont blame them, I call upon them to take more active participation in the school system. Hispanic parents should get involved in the schools, to make sure the kids understand that they have to stay in school and to go on to college and beyond. They have to make sure they do their homework, and are really learning in the schools. You cant count on the school system and the educators.”
