“Meat producer Tyson Foods Inc. said Friday it formed a joint venture in Argentina with cattle feeding company Cactus Feeders Inc. and Cresud SACIFya, an Argentinian agribusiness company, to create a vertically integrated beef operation in Argentina.

The venture is expected to produce products for sale in Argentina and give Tyson access to European and other beef markets.”
