Rodriguez earned his bachelors degree in Chicano studies in 1985 and his masters degree in community development in 1997. He is a resident of Woodland.
The Outstanding Alumnus Award recognizes an alumnus or alumna who is in the mid-point of his or her career and who has displayed outstanding achievement, promoted innovative change and made professional contributions to the community and to UC Davis.”
