“As the Tomás Rivera Policy Institute (TRPI) explores issues of wealth building and economic empowerment in Latino communities, the Institute is pleased to announce the release of a new study titled Credit Card Borrowing Among U.S. Hispanics: Immigrants’ Experience with Credit Counseling Services and Industry Best Practices.
The report describes Hispanic credit card usage and financial management through the use of credit counseling agencies, shedding light on an issue for which there is very little data. The study included data analysis, focus groups with Hispanic credit card holders, a mail survey, and interviews with credit counseling industry representatives. Click here for the full report (PDF).”
