“A professor at the University of the New Mexico’s law school has been appointed by Gov. Bill Richardson as president of the National Hispanic Cultural Center board of directors.

Daniel Ortega follows Matt Martinez and Edward Lujan as the third board president. He will serve a two-year term.”
