“The grades are in for the first year of Dallas school Superintendent Michael Hinojosa’s ambitious academic plans, and the district scored a 59 percent.

The district met 64 of 109 performance targets used to measure improvement, according to a Dallas Morning News analysis. The areas measured include the and performance in Advanced Placement courses and on the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills test.”
