Health survey to focus on Miami Hispanics
Tagged: Florida, Miami, mobilePosted on: January 11th, 2007“One of the most important surveys of the nations health is expanding its focus to include a broad swath of Hispanics — and researchers are rolling out the new strategy in Miami.
On Friday, a procession of Miamians will begin filing into a mobile clinic set up in four semi-trailers in a parking lot on the main campus of Florida International University. Each person will undergo three or four hours of prodding and questioning as researchers record everything from their lung capacity to what they ate for breakfast.”
