“Reyes was one of 25 dairy farm workers who attended the bilingual seminar, which attracted 20 Hispanic workers, said Greg Booher, LTC farm business and production management instructor.
About 60 of Manitowoc County’s 340 dairies employ Hispanic workers, said Scott Gunderson, Manitowoc County UW-Extension dairy agent. The number of Hispanic workers on any particular farm ranges from two to 20, but the average is four, Gunderson said.”
