Anti-DWI campaign targets Latinos – Charlette, North Carolina

The program includes billboards, advertising on Latino radio stations and newspapers, and a series of educational programs.
“We dont want any more DWI deaths in the community,” said Angeles Ortega-Moore, executive director of the Latin America Coalition of Charlotte. “And we also hope this program will build trust between the community and police.”"
