The newly hired program director is Rafael “Raffy” Contigo. From 1995-2004, he worked for the Spanish Broadcasting System. The Puerto Rico native has helmed Clear Channels Hispanic division, serving as program director and D.J. in Albuquerque, N.M., Denver and Miami.”
