But to Gilberto Cepin, a resident of the citys East Side, dominoes are small black-and-white blocks used for a board game he enjoys playing regularly with friends.
“I like to play cards, yes, but my favorite is really the dominoes,” the Spanish-speaking Cepin said through an interpreter Thursday at the citys new Hispanic Community Center off Ogden Street.”
