Mexican president welcomes migrants returning home for the holidays

“Felipe Calderon said Wednesday in his first trip as president to the U.S.-Mexico border that he will focus on creating jobs to keep Mexicans at home, placing less emphasis on a U.S. migration accord to stem illegal immigration.
