The toys aim to be fun and educational and could help develop dual-language skills in youngsters, literacy experts say.
“What these toys do is help expose young children to a foreign language early on, which is the best way for them to acquire a second language,” said Helmer Duverge, a senior ESL training specialist with the National Center for Family Literacy.”
