During the interview, he was interrupted by a phone call from Rep. Ike Skelton, D-Mo., who later was named head of the House Armed Services Committee.
“Congressman who?” Reyes asked, adjusting the angle of his cell phone against his ear. “Yes, Ill talk to him.”"
