The superintendent of District 26, Edward Trividor, said the letter — which said Spanish spoken will be assumed to be bullying — was an unfortunate mistake of wording used by the staff. The school district is very proud of their diverse student body, he said, and he also stated he will be in contact with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund to work out the problem”
