Fence-building company, executives admit hiring illegal immigrants - Golden State Fence Co. agreed to forfeit to the United States $4.7 million - California

“One of the largest fence-building companies in California, which has a branch in Oceanside, and two of its top executives pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to knowingly hiring illegal immigrants in a case the U.S. attorneys office described as “egregious.”

Riverside-based Golden State Fence Co. agreed to forfeit to the United States $4.7 million, the amount of profit the government believes the company derived through its use of undocumented workers.”
