“Milwaukees newest television station — and its second Spanish-language station — premiered Tuesday with the official activation of WBWT-LP Channel 38.

The low-power TV station is an affiliate of Azteca America, New York City, which features programming from Mexicos second-ranked network. Azteca America is a wholly owned subsidiary of TV Azteca S.A. de C.V., Mexico City.”
