Golden State Fence Co. was scheduled to be arraigned on criminal charges at 9 a.m. Thursday in San Diego, said to Christine Friedman, clerk for a federal judge hearing the case. Also being arraigned were Melvin Kay, Golden States president and founder, and Michael McLaughlin, another company executive.”
