“Raids conducted by federal immigration officials on Tuesday at six Swift & Co. facilities, including the Grand Island plant, were in violation of agreements the company had with the federal government, a Swift official said.

Swift & Co. President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Rovit said the raids “raise serious questions as to the governments possible violation of individual workers civil rights.”"
