“Misty Newby has lived at the Beacon Light Apartments for five months. Her husband works at a nursery in Warren County. When they read reports the complex was Hispanic-only, they knew there must be some mistake. “That’s a lie, you know. He said that’s a lie because there are several white families that live here,” said Newby.
