New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson Plans January Decision on Bid for the Democratic presidential nomination

“New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said yesterday that he will decide next month whether to form an exploratory committee and begin a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

“I’ve got to make a decision in January,” he said in a campaign-like speech on immigration at Georgetown University. He called Georgetown “a sort of testing ground” for potential candidates.”
