Publisher Eva Melo of Latin Market Communications launched the publication last September. The paper is in color tabloid format. It has a quarterfold with two front covers that mirror each other – one in English (What’s on in Tennessee?) and one in Spanish (Qué Pasa en Tennessee?).”
