“Dissidents and human rights activists were crying foul Tuesday at the arrest of a protest leader from the troubled southern state of Oaxaca.

Federal police in Mexico City arrested Flavio Sosa, 42, and three other leaders of the six-month protest late Monday. The men had traveled to the Mexican capital to hold talks with officials of the federal Interior Ministry. The talks began with other protest leaders.”
