“A statewide Hispanic advocacy group is going to court against a labor union whose threat to set up a picket line prompted New York Sen. Hillary Clinton to abruptly cancel an appearance at a fundraising event in May.

The Connecticut Association for United Spanish Action announced Tuesday it was suing the Greater Hartford-New Britain Building and Construction Trades Council and its president, Charles LeConche.”
