“As Americans debate over reinforced immigration policies, a new bilingual newspaper – Opinion – is being launched throughout Kansas on Dec. 6th. Opinion will be published both in English and Spanish.

The newspaper will focus on news related to the Hispanic community throughout Kansas’ cities – Wichita, Garden City, Dodge City and others.”
