“Federal investigators are looking into a complaint that Hispanic children involved in a Woodburn art program were given toxin-laden spray paint, while non-Hispanic children were given safer paint.

Charles Keen Sr., whose 12-year-old son participated in the program, filed a complaint with the federal National Park Service, an arm of the Department of the Interior.”
