The League of United Latin American Citizens and the GI Forum want U.S. District Judge William Wayne Justice to order the state to design and fund a program to monitor bilingual education programs for the state’s expanding population of limited-English-proficient students. Justice first ordered the state to provide a meaningful bilingual education program 35 years ago.”
