Seven months after the former Manhattan assistant district attorney was named legal director of the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, the nonprofit group has won a major decision against the Village of Mamaroneck.

The Federal Court in White Plains last month ruled that Mamaroneck had systematically harassed and intimidated Latino laborers who congregated in a village park looking for day work.”
