“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage plans to target the Hispanic American homebuyer market with recruitment of Spanish-speaking agents, client education programs and Spanish-language marketing materials.

The three-pronged program, called Casa Coldwell Banker, is aimed at one of the fastest-growing segments of the U.S. population: Hispanics currently make up 13 percent, and is projected to increase to 24 percent by 2050.”
