“A debate planned for Friday between Republican Rep. Henry Bonilla and Ciro Rodriguez has been canceled because Rodriguez has scheduling conflicts, according to the Democratic challenger’s campaign.

The South San Antonio Chamber of Commerce had already e-mailed invitations to the lunchtime debate between the District 23 runoff candidates, said Cindy Taylor, the chamber’s president. She said she had to announce last week that the event was canceled.”
