“EXCEND Consulting Group, the United States preeminent Hispanic market consulting firm, presented a workshop on Hispanic customer retention to over 30 executives from leading United States and European-based businesses.

The NACCM Customer Management Conference, hosted by the Institute for International Research, is the nations leading conference on superior customer management and research.

Excend’s presentation contributed specific case-studies on utilizing the firm’s “Gravity Modeling” technique to build lasting relationships with Latino customers through word-of-mouth marketing partnerships. Case studies showed increases in new client acquisition and client retention rates in excess of 35% on a compounded monthly basis.

“The process of Gravity Modeling utilizes our proprietary research methods to identify which sources in a community that Latino customers turn to when making decisions about high-value products and services,” said Mitchell Hiatt from Excend, “That technique creates highly committed customers because of the social network that supports our clients’ products and services.”

Leading attendees in active dialogue with Excend at the conference included the US Postal Service, Sun Trust Banks, Amegy Bank, Freddie Mac, Staples, and other large multinational companies.”
