The most recent study, funded by a $36,000 grant from the Frances G. and Ernest P. Larson Endowed Fund for Innovative Research, is a continuation of Cabassa’s previous work exploring the Hispanic ’s perceptions of depression and their attitudes toward traditional types of depression care, such as counseling and medication.”
