Hispanics receive guidance, support - Quad Cities, Illinois-Iowa

“About 150 people, most of them Hispanics, filled the St. Mary’s Catholic Church gym Sunday as a community meeting offered information to help deal with immigration issues highlighted recently when 17 immigrants were arrested and face possible deportation.

The meeting, which was in Moline, was organized by the Latin American group LULAC and Robert Imler, president of Casa Guanajuato in Moline.”
