“Mexican mining and railroad company Grupo Mexico said Thursday it will fight the federal antitrust commission’s decision to uphold a previous ruling that blocked the company’s plans to merge two railways.

Grupo Mexico has argued that it must expand in order to compete with railroad holding company Kansas City Southern.”
