Farmers Branch vote sets a bad precedent – Texas

“This raises several questions: Are all Hispanics suspect now? Will every renter, Hispanic or not, be asked for proof of citizenship before renting an apartment? Are Farmers Branch residents willing to ban all housing, agricultural produce, hotel cleaning and road construction that result from illegal labor?

And, importantly, how many more communities will see the Farmers Branch case as a green light for such regulations?”
