“As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen their relations, some 80 members of the Hispanic community at St. Vincent de Paul Church met with Petaluma Police Chief Steve Hood for 90 minutes on Sunday.
“We wanted to introduce the chief to our community,” said Abraham Solar, a lay leader at St. Vincent. “Several people told him we appreciated him taking the time to speak with us, and we asked him some specific questions.””
